Integrating QuickBooks Online

1. Register for QuickBooks Online ®.
2. Obtain a connection ticket from QuickBooks Online ® used to integrate Kaseya with QuickBooks Online ®.
3. Enter the connection ticket using the Service Billing > Configuration page.
   • Connection Type - Select Online Edition.
   • Create Connection Ticket - Click this link to create an encrypted connection to the external accounting system.
   • Connection Ticket - Enter the connection ticket provided by QuickBooks Online ®.
   • Test - Click the test button to test the connection. If the connection is correct, a Success message displays.

Note: Quickbooks customer address records are only updated in Quickbooks when a new Service Billing customer record is created. From then on, customer address information must be maintained separately in both systems.
