When you start the Control Panel it performs a test to make sure the BYOD gateway can connect to the relay service. If there are any problems with the connection you will see this screen.
If your server connects to the internet through a proxy server you will need to fill out the proxy setting to allow the BYOD gateway to connect through the proxy server. If you are not sure if you connect through a proxy server or do not know the proxy server address, try running the Scout utility to get more information.
If this is the first time you have connected to the gateway, the browser should display the BYOD Gateway Startup page.
