Attach a Document from Secure Docs

You can can attach a document in Secure Docs to a Secure Mail message.

  1. Select the paper clip icon after starting to compose a new mail message.

    A list of documents already attached to this mail message displays with a cloud icon at the top of the page. The cloud icon enables you to attach additional documents. In the image below no documents are attached to the mail message yet.

  2. Select the cloud icon to link to Secure Docs and browse for the document you want to attach. Secure Docs should become the active application.

  3. In Secure Docs select the site, then navigate to the document you want to attach to the mail message.

  4. Select the document.
  5. Select the Share link. Depending on how your BYOD gateway is configured you may see multiple apps you are allowed to share files with from Secure Docs.
  6. Select Secure Mail from the list of apps to share the file with.

    Secure Mail displays as the active app.

    Note: The file does not automatically update in the attached file list.

  7. Close the list and select the cloud icon again to see your attached file in the list of attachments.

  8. Continue to compose your mail message to send with the selected attached files from Secure Docs.
