VSA Integration

VSA Traverse Integration enhances monitoring ability of tenants that use Traverse to monitor their IP-based devices in VSA, without switching the applications.

VSA Traverse Integration allows VSA Users to review and analyze:

• by visualizing network map of monitored Traverse devices in VSA (see Network Map)
• by displaying real-time status of Traverse devices in VSA (see Device Health)
• by displaying aggregated reports on the monitored Traverse devices in VSA (see Dashboards).

Note: To enable the VSA Traverse Integration, you should have a Traverse user account with SuperUser permissions. If you do not have any, please contact your Account Manager. If you don't have one, please click here.

Note: The VSA Traverse Integration does not support concurrent browser sessions. Please, open VSA and Traverse in separate browsers/an incognito session, if you want to use both simultaneously.
