Add the following two statuses.

• Pending
• NOC Completed

Priorities

Admin > Service Desk Folder > Priorities

Add the following priorities.

• Low
• Emergency

Queue

Admin > Service Desk Folder > Queues

Add the following queue.

• Monitoring Alert Tickets
